Design and deliver classroom, electronic, and blended courseware to users of clinical systems, including Eclipsys XA, Eclipsys 5.0, Intellidot, and TeleResults, at largest and top-rated hospital group in the New York City area. Responsible for managing multiple documentation projects, performing needs analysis, copy, design, testing, delivery, editing, and electronic documentation for one-time and ongoing clinical initiatives which are documented in fully-integrated real time clinical software system. Work directly with corporate officers, doctors, nurses, training specialists, IT specialists, and assorted clinical professionals.

Worked with clinical specialists to deliver training to nurses and allied health professionals on proprietary software used by the nation's oldest and largest non-profit provider of home health care services. Courses focused on managed care reporting and remote database access via wireless-WAN-based distributed application.

Physical Therapist to document Yoga-based therapy program for severely disabled children in South Bronx public school. Wrote, filmed, edited, mastered 35 minute DVD and produced associated CBT.

April 2002 - November 2004: Health Insurance Plan of New York

Senior Technical Trainer / Information Technologist
Designed, wrote, documented, and delivered full-cycle training program for reporting on 0.75-Terabyte health insurance Data Warehouse. Conducted full training for over 200 executives, users, and developers as they moved from legacy mainframe-based reporting to business intelligence tools from Cognos, Inc. Worked extensively with high-level business and systems personnel on data modeling, needs analysis, and implementation of Cognos Query, Impromptu, PowerPlay, and Visualizer. Wrote 300-plus pages of documentation on data structure and contents, reporting tools, and migration. Developed SCORM-compliant computer-based training in Flash and Dreamweaver for remote training via corporate intranet. During this project HIP ranked #1 on InformationWeek's 2002 list of the nation's 500 most innovative corporate users of information technology.
